Delhi clashes: Situation peaceful, life inches back to normalcy

Life slowly returned to normalcy in northeast parts of Delhi on Saturday, after violence claimed the lives of at least 42 people earlier this week. Several shops resumed business and customers can be seen buying items of daily needs. The Delhi government has started a helpline number to report hate speeches and promised cash incentive for victims.
