China, Iran mock US amid ongoing riots: 'I can't breathe'



Chinese spokesperson Hua Chunying mocked the United States' concerns with Hong Kong's freedom by tweeting a sensitive phrase -- "I can't breathe" -- used to signify racial conflict with U.S. law enforcement.
