Hearing under way in Kangana's plea against BMC

Kangana Ranaut had approached the Bombay High Court after the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation carried out a demolition drive at her Pali Hill office and the court resumed its hearing today. Citing ‘illegal construction’ in their notice to the actress, the BMC had razed down parts of her property and the actress is now claiming damages for the same. The Bench had stated during the hearing today, “In our first order itself we have said if they acted with such swiftness Bombay would be a better place.”
